ingredients:

3 oz pineapple purée (or 3–4 oz pineapple juice)

2 oz fresh lime juice

1 oz orange juice

1 can RMBR Creamy Bellini, to top
garnish with:

mint sprigs

dried lime wheels
instructions:

In a shaker, combine pineapple purée (or juice), lime juice, orange juice, and ½ tbsp Pistakio Creamy Pistachio Spread. Add ice and shake well until fully combined and creamy.

Strain the mixture into your prepared glass over fresh ice.

Slowly top with RMBR Creamy Bellini.

*best served fresh. if batching for a group, prep everything but the bellini in advance and top when ready to serve.
