bright, citrusy, and a little bit nutty — this summer spritz is everything we love in a drink. pineapple, lime, and orange meet a spoonful of OG Pistakio for a hint of richness, topped with RMBR’s creamy bellini for that dreamy sparkle. refreshing, unexpected, and dangerously crushable.

ingredients:
 
  • 3 oz pineapple purée (or 3–4 oz pineapple juice)

  • 2 oz fresh lime juice

  • 1 oz orange juice

  • ½ tbsp Pistakio Creamy Pistachio Spread

  • 1 can RMBR Creamy Bellini, to top

 

garnish with:

 

 

instructions:

 

  1. In a shaker, combine pineapple purée (or juice), lime juice, orange juice, and ½ tbsp Pistakio Creamy Pistachio Spread. Add ice and shake well until fully combined and creamy.

  2. Strain the mixture into your prepared glass over fresh ice.

  3. Slowly top with RMBR Creamy Bellini.

  4. Cheers!

 

 

*best served fresh. if batching for a group, prep everything but the bellini in advance and top when ready to serve.
