ingredients:

• 3oz milk
• 1.5 tbsp Pistakio Creamy pistachio spread 
• 110 ml milk
• 40 ml water
• 4g matcha

instructions:

1. combine milk and creamy pistakio in a 2:1 ratio, scaling to meet the size of your ice tray.

2. freeze for a couple of hours or overnight.

3. whisk matcha with 4 grams of water and 40 ml of hot water.

4. pour over a cup filled with pistakio ice and milk.

5. add sprinkles & enjoy!
