three things: quality, versatility, approachability. we didn't invent the pistachio spread, we just reimagined it. you probably ran into a pistachio spread before — they're usually imported, "premium", but frankly don't really taste like pistachios. that's because they use little pistachios and lots of fillers, from cheaper pistachios to additives and thickeners.

so we decided to do the opposite: create a pistachio spread that uses premium pistachios and actually tastes like it. and because pistachios are super versatile (and we use a ton of them), you can use our spread anywhere from your morning latte to an ice cream topping, but you can also pair it with cheese or marinate your favorite meat with it.

lastly, when everyone is pricing their (not so) pistachio product as a "premium", we're fighting to make this premium ingredient approachable, to make it your go-to pantry staple.

we hand-craft our pistachio spread in small batches in Portland, OR and we source premium pistachios from Northern California.

we recommend eating our pistachio spreads within 6 months from opening, but no judgement if you finish the whole jar in a week.

it can be kept in your pantry if you like it more drizzable, but you can also refrigerate it for a thicker texture.

because that's not the color of pistachios! unfortunately, a lot of pistachio products on the market use dyes to give pistachios that bright green color that people are familiar with.

we love pistachios the way we are, and would never mask their true look with artificial colors!

not at all! we like to say that we only use 5 ingredients that even a 5-year old could pronounce.

we also don't use any fillers, thickeners, or artificial sweeteners. we believe REAL food will always be better for you!

not at all. research shows that as long as it’s never heated it does not pose any health risks. and we NEVER heat it. we also use high-oleic sunflower oil, which has the same nutritional properties of olive oil with a more neutral flavor, so that our pistachios can shine!

we proudly source all our ingredients from non-GMO farms but, as you may have heard, the certification process is lengthy and expensive, and thus we hope to offer it "officially" in the near future!

our pistachio spread is naturally gluten-free, vegan, and dairy-free, but we make it in a kitchen that is not certified gluten-free or vegan so cross contamination may occur.

of course! our jars are fully recyclable (just rinse them and add to your recycling pickup).

all orders are processed from our Portland facility and shipped within 1-3 business days (excluding holidays and weekends). shipping will take an additional 3-6 business days, depending on your location.

we do our best to deliver your order within 5-7 days, but again - with all the shipping and transit complications these days, sometimes it can take a bit longer.
