three things: quality, versatility, approachability. we didn't invent the pistachio spread, we just reimagined it. you probably ran into a pistachio spread before — they're usually imported, "premium", but frankly don't really taste like pistachios. that's because they use little pistachios and lots of fillers, from cheaper pistachios to additives and thickeners.
so we decided to do the opposite: create a pistachio spread that uses premium pistachios and actually tastes like it. and because pistachios are super versatile (and we use a ton of them), you can use our spread anywhere from your morning latte to an ice cream topping, but you can also pair it with cheese or marinate your favorite meat with it.
lastly, when everyone is pricing their (not so) pistachio product as a "premium", we're fighting to make this premium ingredient approachable, to make it your go-to pantry staple.
