4 heaping tbsp Pistakio Crunchy Pistachio Spread (or Creamy Pistachio Spread) + more for topping

1 1/4 cup white chocolate, chopped or melting wafers

3/4 cup puffed rice cerealΒ

Chopping pistachios, for topping

Melt white chocolate in the microwave in 10 second bursts until smooth.

Add the Crunchy (or Creamy) Pistakio and stir until combined. Add the puffed rice cereal and fold until combined.Β

Portion out into 15 mini muffin liners. Drizzle Creamy Pistakio overtop and finish with chopped pistachios.

Refrigerate for 1 hour or until set and enjoy!
