ingredients:
- 3 oz goat cheese
- 1/8 cup fig jam
- 1/8 cup apricot jam
- 1/8 cup Pistakio Creamy Pistachio Spread
- 1 tsp thyme
- chopped pistachios & honey, for garnish
- bread, crackers, fruit, for serving
instructions:

On your serving platter, use a spoon or offset spatula to dollop the goat cheese into a 3x6 grid, creating little divots with the spoon/spatula. Fill each divot with the jam and creamy pistakio, alternating the filling for each divot.

Top the board with thyme, chopped, pistachios, and honey. Serve with bread, crackers, or fruit and enjoy!
