SALTED DARK CHOCOLATE TRAIL MIX BARK
makes 4-6 servings | active time: 10 minutes | full time: 30 minutes
this salted dark chocolate trail mix bark is one of those things you make once and immediately wonder why it’s not just always in your fridge. it hits that perfect middle ground between snack and dessert—like, it’s indulgent enough to feel like a treat, but packed with enough good stuff (nuts, seeds, dried fruit) that you can totally justify grabbing a square at 10am without side-eyeing yourself.
the dark chocolate gives it this rich, velvety base—just bitter enough to balance the sweetness—while the sea salt brings it all into sharp, snackable focus. then there’s the crunch from the pistachios and almonds, the chew from the dried cherries or cranberries, and the occasional surprise bite of something like pumpkin seeds or coconut flakes. it’s textural, it’s salty-sweet, and it looks way fancier than it actually is. perfect for gifting, grazing, or hoarding quietly for yourself (no judgment).
