PISTACHIO STUFFED FRENCH TOAST
this decadent twist on french toast takes inspiration from the famous dubai chocolate french toast, and it's every bit as indulgent as it sounds. we start by stuffing a piece of rich, melted chocolate inside thick slices of bread, then stack them with our Crunchy Pistakio Spread in the middle for that perfect pistachio crunch.
to finish, we top it off with a swirl of creamy pistachio spread and a drizzle of velvety chocolate spread, creating the ultimate sweet, nutty, and indulgent treat. the combination of warm, gooey chocolate and crunchy pistachio is the perfect balance of flavors, making this the ultimate breakfast or dessert to impress.
ingredients:

2 slices brioche bread

2 pieces of semi-sweet chocolate

1 egg

1/4 cup milk

1/2 tsp vanilla

1 tbsp butter

a generous scoop of Pistakio Crunchy Pistachio Spread

melted chocolate or nutella, chopped pistachios, whipped cream for garnish

1-2 tbsp of Pistakio Creamy Pistachio Spread (optional but encouraged)
instructions:

make a slit in the top of the brioche slices, insert the piece of chocolate, and set aside.

in a small bowl, combine the egg, milk, and vanilla and whisk to combine. dip the bread into the egg mixture and turn to coat completely. repeat with the other slice of bread.

in a pan over medium heat, add the butter to melt. add the soaked bread to the pan (it may be really soft so be careful while moving it!) and cook until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes. fip and cook until the other side is also golden brown. remove the french toast from the heat.

add one slice of toast to a plate and top with as much Crunchy Pistakio as your heart desires! top with the other slice of toast and a drizzle of melted chocolate/nutella and Creamy Pistakio.
