WATCH HOW TO MAKE IT

there’s something about the combination of pears and pistachios that feels effortlessly elegant, and this italian pear pistachio cake captures that magic perfectly. it’s the kind of dessert that looks like it belongs in a cozy italian café but is surprisingly simple to make at home. with its soft, tender crumb and a hint of warm cinnamon, this cake is elevated by the rich nuttiness of Pistakio's OG Creamy Pistachio Spread, which adds depth and flavor to every bite.

the sliced bosc pears on top bake into the batter, creating a beautiful caramelized layer that’s as stunning as it is delicious. the mix of almond flour and cinnamon applesauce keeps the cake moist and flavorful, while a light dusting of powdered sugar gives it that final touch of charm. it’s perfect for brunch, dessert, or even an afternoon coffee break when you’re craving something sweet but not overly indulgent.
