ingredients:
- 1 tsp (5g) coconut oil

2 tbsp (28g)
Creamy pistachio spread
- 2 tbsp (28g) white chocolate chips
- ice cream of choice (we used vanilla)
- chopped pistachios to taste
- flakey salt to taste
instructions:

in a small bowl, melt coconut oil in the microwave at 5 second intervals until liquid. repeat the process for the white chocolate chips in a separate, slightly larger bowl. mix in coconut oil and pistachio spread to the melted white chocolate chips until smooth.

scoop ice cream onto bowls, and top with pistachio mixture, then immediately add chopped pistachios and flakey salt (if desired).
