ingredients:

• 4 tbsp Pistakio  

  OG pistachio spread

• 1 bar (100g) dark chocolate (80% cocoa), chopped
• 9-10oz whole or plant milk
• 1/4 cup heavy cream

instructions:

• in a small saucepan, melt chocolate until no clumps are left, and add milk in slowly while whisking to incorporate. add more milk as needed and set aside.
• rim glass of choice with 1 tbsp of pistachio spread, then add some more into the inside of the glass as well (optional, for decoration).
• using an electric whisk, make your pistachio whipped cream by whipping heavy cream and then folding in 1 tbsp of pistachio spread into the mixture.
• fill glass with hot chocolate mixture and top with pistachio whipped cream, and remaining pistachio spread.
• enjoy!
