WATCH HOW TO MAKE IT

you know when you stumble on something that just shouldn’t work—but totally does? that’s exactly what’s going on with this pistachio beet relish bratwurst. it’s one of those weirdly perfect combinations that hits every note: earthy, nutty, tangy, juicy, a little sweet, a little smoky. the kind of thing that sounds like an absolutely wild idea, but ends up being the most memorable bite of the night.

the beets bring this subtle sweetness and a deep, almost wine-like richness, while our OG Creamy Pistachio Spread adds nuttiness and this buttery, roasted vibe that balances it all out. layer that on top of a bratwurst—ideally one with a good sear and a natural snap—and you've got something totally unexpected but seriously addictive. it’s the kind of recipe that makes people pause mid-bite, look at you, and go, “wait… what is this?” in the best way. try it once and you'll start craving it at every cookout.
