ingredients:

 

  • 4 cups (570g) watermelon, cubed and seeds removed
  • 1/2 cup (100g) granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup (119g) water
  • 1/4 cup (59g or 2-3 limes) fresh lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon (5g) lime zest
  • 3 tbsp (42g) of 

    OG Creamy pistachio spread

 

 

instructions:

 

  • place the cubed watermelon in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
  • add the water, sugar, fresh lime juice, lime zest, and a pinch of salt to the watermelon puree. blend until well combined.
  • pour the mixture into a shallow dish and place it in the freezer. refrigerate the mixture for at least 2 hours, or overnight.
  • scoop the watermelon lime sorbet into a bowl and top it with pistachio spread, blueberries, and a sprig of mint for garnish. enjoy!
