ingredients:
- 1/4 cup Pistakio Creamy pistachio spread
- 50g-70g goat cheese
- 1 bag of joolies dates
- 1/4 cup chopped chocolate or chocolate chips
- toasted + chopped pistachios for topping
instructions:
- line a sheet tray with dates and press them down using a cup between a sheet of parchment paper.
- layer your soft goat cheese and drizzle generously with pistachio spread.
- let this set in the fridge while you melt your chocolate, the amount depends on how large your bark is!
- drizzle over the top of your cooled bark, sprinkle with toasted + chopped pistachios and let set in the fridge for 30 minutes before enjoying!
