ingredients:

1/4 cup Pistakio Creamy pistachio spread

50g-70g goat cheese

1 bag of joolies dates

1/4 cup chopped chocolate or chocolate chips

toasted + chopped pistachios for topping
instructions:

line a sheet tray with dates and press them down using a cup between a sheet of parchment paper.

layer your soft goat cheese and drizzle generously with pistachio spread.

let this set in the fridge while you melt your chocolate, the amount depends on how large your bark is!

drizzle over the top of your cooled bark, sprinkle with toasted + chopped pistachios and let set in the fridge for 30 minutes before enjoying!
