WATCH HOW TO MAKE IT

ย

this salted dark chocolate trail mix bark is one of those things you make once and immediately wonder why itโ€™s not just always in your fridge. it hits that perfect middle ground between snack and dessertโ€”like, itโ€™s indulgent enough to feel like a treat, but packed with enough good stuff (nuts, seeds, dried fruit) that you can totally justify grabbing a square at 10am without side-eyeing yourself.

the dark chocolate gives it this rich, velvety baseโ€”just bitter enough to balance the sweetnessโ€”while the sea salt brings it all into sharp, snackable focus. then thereโ€™s the crunch from the pistachios and almonds, the chew from the dried cherries or cranberries, and the occasional surprise bite of something like pumpkin seeds or coconut flakes. itโ€™s textural, itโ€™s salty-sweet, and it looks way fancier than it actually is. perfect for gifting, grazing, or hoarding quietly for yourself (no judgment).
