PISTACHIO-CHOCOLATE DATE BARK
makes 3 servings | active time: 20 minutes | full time: 3 hours
ingredients:
- 1 cup (170g) melted semi-sweet chocolate
- 1 cup (175g) OG pistachio spread
- 1/3 cup (42g) crushed pretzels
- 1 cup (200g) smashed dates
instructions:
- spread the smashed dates into an even, thin layer.
- pour the pistachio spread over the dates, sprinkle the crushed pretzels on top, and then cover with the melted chocolate.
- drizzle a bit more pistachio spread to create a marbled effect.
- freeze for 2-3 hours.
- cut into pieces and enjoy!
