the combo is wild in the best way: rich dark chocolate, naturally sweet medjool dates, our nutty OG Creamy Pistachio Spread, and just enough flaky sea salt to make it all pop. it’s indulgent, yeah, but it doesn’t leave you in that post-dessert slump. perfect for when you want something satisfying but still kind of smart.

pistachio-chocolate date bark ingredients:

 

  • 1 cup (170g) melted semi-sweet chocolate
  • 1 cup (175g) OG Creamy pistachio spread
  • 1/3 cup (42g) crushed pretzels
  • 1 cup (200g) smashed dates

 

instructions:

 

  • spread the smashed dates into an even, thin layer.
  • pour the pistachio spread over the dates, sprinkle the crushed pretzels on top, and then cover with the melted chocolate.
  • drizzle a bit more pistachio spread to create a marbled effect.
  • freeze for 2-3 hours.
  • cut into pieces and enjoy!
