PISTACHIO ZABAIONE ESPRESSO MARTINI
1 coupe | easy | 10 minutes
ingredients:
- 4 tbsp Pistakio OG pistachio spread
- 3 egg yolks
- 4oz fresh espresso
(optionally you can add alcohol to yours in which case
you will need to adjust ratios accordingly👇)
- 1.5oz fresh espresso
- .75oz your fav coffee liqueur
- 1.5oz your fav vodka
instructions:

combine egg yolks and 4tbsp of Pistachio spread into bowl and whisk until silky and fully incorporated. congrats you have made pistachio zabaione! set aside in the fridge until ready for use.
- add your espresso and/or cocktail ingredients into your tin with ice and shake vigorously for 5-10 secs.
- double strain into a chilled coupe and layer your Pistachio zabaione over top.
