pistachio dipping sauce plant based chicken wing dinner ideas

PISTACHIO PLANT CHICKEN WINGS WITH DIPPING SAUCE

 

makes 2 servings as a meal | time: 30-40 minutes 

 

 

ingredients for the chicken:

 

  • 1 bag Daring Plant Chicken Nuggets
  • japanese panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • hot honey

 

 

for the pistakio dip:

 

  • 1 cup of vegan plain Yogurt
  • 1/4 cup Pistakio OG pistachio spread
  • 1/3 cup chopped cashews
  • 2 tbsp chopped pistachios
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • pinch of sea salt
  • 2 tbsp water

 

instructions:

 

  • coat the chicken in egg and panko breadcrumbs.

  • place in the air fryer for 8-10 minutes until crispy. 

  • add all the ingredients to a blender for about 1 minute. for a thinner consistency, add 1-2 more tbsp of water and blend for an additional 30 seconds.

  • toss in hot honey and eat with pistakio dip! enjoy!
