PISTACHIO PLANT CHICKEN WINGS WITH DIPPING SAUCE
makes 2 servings as a meal | time: 30-40 minutes
ingredients for the chicken:
- 1 bag Daring Plant Chicken Nuggets
- japanese panko breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- hot honey
for the pistakio dip:
- 1 cup of vegan plain Yogurt
- 1/4 cup Pistakio OG pistachio spread
- 1/3 cup chopped cashews
- 2 tbsp chopped pistachios
- juice of 1 lemon
- pinch of sea salt
- 2 tbsp water
instructions:

coat the chicken in egg and panko breadcrumbs.

place in the air fryer for 8-10 minutes until crispy.

add all the ingredients to a blender for about 1 minute. for a thinner consistency, add 1-2 more tbsp of water and blend for an additional 30 seconds.

toss in hot honey and eat with pistakio dip! enjoy!
