4 tbsp Pistakio OG Creamy pistachio spread

1 bar (100g) dark chocolate (80% cocoa), chopped

9-10oz whole or plant milk

1/4 cup heavy cream
instructions:

in a small saucepan, melt chocolate until no clumps are left, and add milk in slowly while whisking to incorporate. add more milk as needed and set aside.

rim glass of choice with 1 tbsp of pistachio spread, then add some more into the inside of the glass as well (optional, for decoration).

using an electric whisk, make your pistachio whipped cream by whipping heavy cream and then folding in 1 tbsp of pistachio spread into the mixture.

fill glass with hot chocolate mixture and top with pistachio whipped cream, and remaining pistachio spread.
