DUBAI CHOCOLATE INSPIRED BROWNIES

they’re rich, dense, and just the right kind of indulgent. think deep cocoa flavor, buttery pistachio in every bite, glossy crackly tops, gooey centers, and that elevated crunch that makes them feel a little extra.
ingredients:

1-2 jars Pistakio Crunchy Pistachio Spread

1 egg (for brownie mix)

1 stick of melted butter or oil (for brownie mix)

2 bars of dark chocolate, melted (or 200-250g chocolate chips)

a few handfuls of crushed pistachios (for decorating)
- 1-2 tbsp of Pistakio Creamy Pistachio Spread (for decorating)
instructions:

preheat your oven to 350ºF. line a baking tray with parchment paper and use a bit of butter to help it stick to all sides.

make your brownie batter following the instructions on the bag. once smooth, pour it into the tray and spread it evenly with a spatula.

bake until a toothpick comes out mostly clean—crumbs are okay, but no raw batter. let the brownies cool for at least 15 minutes, or until the tray is no longer hot to the touch.

once cool, spread a generous layer of Crunchy Pistachio Spread over the brownies. place the tray in the freezer for 30 minutes or longer (it doesn't have to be set, but should be cool).

while that chills, melt your chocolate in a double boiler or microwave in short bursts—20 seconds, then 10-second intervals—stirring until smooth.

pour the melted chocolate over the pistachio layer and smooth it out with a spatula.

for a little extra: add swirls of our Creamy Pistachio Spread and a sprinkle of chopped pistachios on top.
