1 cup rolled oats
- 1/4 cup ground flax seeds
- 1/2 cup Pistakio
Creamy pistachio spread
- 1/2 cup of dark chocolate
instructions:

in a large bowl, mix together oats, flax seeds, and pistachio spread until a dough forms.

using one hand, form miniature ping pong sized balls (if they aren't holding up together, add more pistachio spread or coconut oil as needed).

set balls in the fridge for 1-2 hours.

after an hour, melt the dark chocolate in a small bowl and dip the oat balls into the chocolate using a fork or spoon.

place the chocolate balls on a tray with parchment paper and top with crushed pistachios while melty.

set in the fridge for another 1-2 hours and enjoy!!!!
