CHOCOLATE COVERED PISTACHIO OAT BALLS
ingredients:

1 cup rolled oats
- 1/4 cup ground flax seeds
- 1/2 cup Pistakio
OG pistachio spread
- 1/2 cup of dark chocolate
instructions:
- in a large bowl, mix together oats, flax seeds, and pistachio spread until a dough forms.
- using one hand, form miniature ping pong sized balls (if they aren't holding up together, add more pistachio spread or coconut oil as needed).
- set balls in the fridge for 1-2 hours.
- after an hour, melt the dark chocolate in a small bowl and dip the oat balls into the chocolate using a fork or spoon.
- place the chocolate balls on a tray with parchment paper and top with crushed pistachios while melty.
- set in the fridge for another 1-2 hours and enjoy!!!!
