1 can of Tip Top Espresso Martini

2 scoops of Van Leeuwen Coffee Affogato ice cream (or opt for Vanilla/Fior Di Latte)

a handful of finely chopped or ground pistachios, for topping

Optional: to rim the glass, pour pistachio spread onto a shallow plate and dip the rim, then press it into a separate plate of finely chopped pistachios.

Use the back of a spoon to swirl more pistachio spread along the sides of the glass for extra flavor.

Add two scoops of Van Leeuwen coffee affogato ice cream (or vanilla/fior di latte) to the prepared glass.

Fill a cocktail shaker with ice, pour in the Tip Top Espresso Martini, and shake for a few seconds until well chilled.

Slowly pour the martini over the ice cream.

Finish with a drizzle of Creamy Pistakio Spread and a sprinkle of chopped pistachios.
