This rich and nutty twist on the classic Italian dessert combines velvety coffee ice cream with bold espresso martini flavors for a perfectly balanced grown-up treatβ€”ideal for coffee lovers, pistachio lovers, and anyone looking for an easy, impressive treat.

ingredients:

  • 2-3 tbsp PistakioΒ Creamy Pistachio Spread

  • 1 can of Tip Top Espresso Martini

  • 2 scoops of Van Leeuwen Coffee Affogato ice cream (or opt for Vanilla/Fior Di Latte)

  • a handful of finely chopped or ground pistachios, for topping

  • Optional: to rim the glass, pour pistachio spread onto a shallow plate and dip the rim, then press it into a separate plate of finely chopped pistachios.

  • Use the back of a spoon to swirl more pistachio spread along the sides of the glass for extra flavor.

  • Add two scoops of Van Leeuwen coffee affogato ice cream (or vanilla/fior di latte) to the prepared glass.

  • Fill a cocktail shaker with ice, pour in the Tip Top Espresso Martini, and shake for a few seconds until well chilled.

  • Slowly pour the martini over the ice cream.

  • Finish with a drizzle of Creamy Pistakio Spread and a sprinkle of chopped pistachios.

  • Serve immediately with a spoon and enjoy!
