ingredients:
for the matcha latte:
- 4g matcha (sifted)
- 50ml water (at 175ºF)
- 150ml milk of choice
- 10-15g preferred sweetener
for the pistachio cloud:
- 60g heavy whipping cream
- 30g Pistakio Creamy Pistachio Spread
- 8g additional sweetener (optional)
instructions:
- Start with your matcha: sift the matcha into a bowl. Add the 50ml of hot water and whisk or froth until completely smooth and frothy with no clumps.
- In a glass, add ice (if using), your milk, and sweetener. Stir well to combine, then pour the whisked matcha over the top.
- In a separate cup, combine the heavy cream, creamy pistachio spread, and sweetener (if using). Froth until it reaches a thick "cold foam" consistency.
- Pour the pistachio cream over the matcha latte and enjoy!
