PISTACHIO CLOUD MATCHA LATTE

we call this one “better than a coffee shop” for a reason. it’s smooth, deeply green, and perfectly balanced — a matcha latte that feels both indulgent and intentional. the real magic happens on top: a silky pistachio cream cold foam that adds just the right amount of richness and nutty sweetness. trust us you'll make it once… and then crave every single morning.

ingredients:

 

 for the matcha latte:

  • 4g matcha (sifted)
  • 50ml water (at 175ºF)
  • 150ml milk of choice
  • 10-15g preferred sweetener

 

for the pistachio cloud:

 

 

instructions:

 

  1. Start with your matcha: sift the matcha into a bowl. Add the 50ml of hot water and whisk or froth until completely smooth and frothy with no clumps.
  2. In a glass, add ice (if using), your milk, and sweetener. Stir well to combine, then pour the whisked matcha over the top.
  3. In a separate cup, combine the heavy cream, creamy pistachio spread, and sweetener (if using). Froth until it reaches a thick "cold foam" consistency.
  4. Pour the pistachio cream over the matcha latte and enjoy!
